Mountain View Fire & Rescue requests your quotation on the public works project identified below pursuant to RCW 39.04.155. State law requires compliance with prevailing wage requirements as per WAC 296-127. All required L&I forms must be submitted before final payment is made.

Project Title: Roof Repair

Project Description: Perform roof repairs to approximately 136 square feet by removing existing damaged areas, reapplying new materials, and resealing with appropriate roofing materials. Reseal around 6 skylights and 9 roof vents with the appropriate roofing sealant to prevent water leakage. Enlarge 4 scupper openings; apply appropriate roofing material and sealant to prevent water leakage.

Requested Completion Date: No later than May 9, 2008

Return Date: Before close of Business April 11, 2008

Bond Requirements: No performance bond is required for this project.
